A field of 123 competitors battled against challenging windy conditions for The Jubilee Tray 18-Hole Open at Forres on Saturday, when the CSS was increased to 71.

Past Forres Golf Club Captain Stuart MacLennan however did not let the windy conditions get in the way of a fantastic gross 69 nett 66 to win the trophy and first place in the 10 and below handicap section.

Home player Kye Taylor impressed with a nett 67 playing off 20 to take the 11 and over handicap section first place, with Neil Stables of Strathlene winning the gross with a 70.
