The thrills of seeing rally cars speed and spin around Elgin's Cooper Park will once again be available on Saturday morning over two stages of the event.

The viewing areas in the park are located around the bowling green and Grant Lodge, where you can watch the cars tackle the notoriously tricky hairpin left around the former Elgin library and then a tight 90-degree left around the Cooper Park bowls green before heading off into the faster section of the stage.

The pace really gets up over Gartly Moor for two stages on Saturday afternoon, where race fans can catch more of the action.

You can also get a close-up of the cars taking part when the pre-rally scrutineering is held on Elgin High Street on Friday afternoon.

Working together with Elgin BID, event organisers will give the public the chance to get up close - completely free of charge - to the cars right in the heart of the rally's hometown.

Between 12.30pm and 6pm over 100 cars will line up along the High Street as they get checked over ahead of the rally which gets under way that evening.

The event will visit the Keith Show showground on two occasions for its service halt.

This is a great place to see the cars being repaired and prepared for the following stages.
