The Cans' manager saw his team strike the woodwork twice and force some fine saves out of Buckie goalkeeper Kevin Main.

He spoke after the match about his team's determined efforts to match the Highland League's form side - see interview below.

A Kyle MacLeod strike and a hotly disputed Lewis Mackinnon effort steered Buckie to a remarkable 22nd league victory in a row.

Caley Thistle loan youngster Ben Barron smacked the post for Mechanics after a minute while Lee Fraser did likewise in the second half, his effort touched onto the woodwork by Main.

Fraser also missed a good headed opportunity while Main denied Kane Davies as Forres were unlucky not to get on the scoresheet.
