Morayshire Indoor Bowling Association unveil opening Alexander Wallace (Toyota) League fixtures with 16 clubs vying for honours

Next week sees the opening fixtures take place in the Morayshire Indoor Bowling Association season.

Eight clubs will take part in each of the two divisions in the Alexander Wallace (Toyota) League.

Reigning Division 1 champions Lossie Bowling Club begin with a home match against Alves.

Elgin-based Moray Bowling Club play hosts to newly-promoted Forres Royal British Legion, while the stand-out fixture in Division 2 sees Lossiemouth and Lossie BC's A team do battle in a derby opener.

Fixtures.

Division 1:

Lossie BC v Alves

Moray BC v Forres RBL

Fochabers v Bishopmill

Hopeman v Burghead.

Division 2:

Hopeman A v Lhanbryde

Duffus v Birnie

Forres Victoria v Fogwatt

Lossiemouth v Lossie BC A.
