The match itself was always going to be a one-sided affair, with the Scottish champions and cup holders having too much class for their Highland League visitors.

Celtic won the contest 5-0 and had four goals disallowed, while Buckie played with courage and determination throughout the 90 minutes, making the most of every touch of the ball they got.
