SPRING-like weather attracted a field of 44 Wednesday Seniors for a 3/4 Ball Best-Ball competition. The calm conditions and sunshine contributed towards some excellent scores and ensured a tight finish with Alec Marshall’s team edging out Tom Fleetham’s team by only one shot.

RESULTS

1: Alec Marshall(11), Ross McKerron(15) and Robin Walker(18) – 53.

2: Tom Fleetham(8), Geoff Matthewman(20), Ian McIntosh(21) and Robbie Dustan(28) – 54.

3: Bill Thow(11), Willie Ralph(20) and Ian Dustan(26) – 56.

The men’s January Medal took place over the shortened winter course, which resulted in very low scoring.
