The Keith outfit twice came from behind to defeat hosts Aberdeen University 3-2 in the Championship.

The uni side led 1-0 at the break before Noel Scott levelled, but a second home goal saw the Aberdeen side lead going into the final five minutes.

Top scorer Brodie Christie levelled and right at the death, former Buckie and Deveronvale striker Robert Scott steered home the winner for Islavale.

Dufftown held seventh-placed Stoneywood-Parkvale to a 1-1 draw at Westburn Park, Euan Simpson getting the Toonsers' goal.

In the Championship, bottom side Lossiemouth United had title chasers Sunnybank in all sorts of bother after a strong first half performance.

Strikes by James Johnston and Harvey Henderson had United twice in front, and they were disappointed to only go in at 2-2 at half time having held the upper hand.

Sunnybank stepped up a gear in the second half to net three unanswered goals for a 5-2 victory.

Forres Thistle's winning run was ended by a 3-0 defeat at Rothie Rovers but Jags still remain third in the Championship.

Forres keeper Daniel McLeod had one good stop to make in a goalless first half, and he denied Murray Thompson on 57 minutes to keep the scoresheet blank.

But five minutes later a Rothie corner arrived at the feet of Craig Smith and he swept home to break the deadlock.

The home side missed some good chances but their pressure told in the closing minutes, firstly when Lewis Hendry cracked home a 20 yarder from a corner, then a well-worked move was finished by Jamie Thompson in stoppage time.

Burghead Thistle lost 2-0 at Banks O' Dee, while New Elgin went down 3-1 at home to Deveronside.

After a goalless first half, the visitors struck twice in quick succession through Ryan Matheson and Jack Brown before Robert Forsyth got one back. A decisive third by Dan Taylor settled it for the Banffshire side.
