Twin brothers Ross and Liam Archibald added to a fifth minute Ryan Stuart goal in Grantown as the Coasters started well on their way to a 3-2 victory.

Lossie now host Nairn County in round one.

Buckie Thistle could go top of the Highland League on Wednesday after their 2-0 home win against Forres Mechanics.

Strikes by Jack Murray and Max Barry eased Jags to the three points and they remain three points behind leaders Brechin City, who won 4-1 at Turriff United.

Buckie visit Keith on Wednesday and with Brechin not in action, a Jags win would take them to the summit on goal difference.

Rothes were cruelly robbed of a point at champions Fraserburgh when Paul Campbell scored twice - the first a penalty - in stoppage time for a 2-0 Broch win.

Botti Biabi, Jordan Northcott, Grady McGrath and Keiran Inglis (pen) got Brechin's goals at Turriff with Callan Gray replying for the home side.

A disputed Angus Dey strike in stoppage time earned Nairn County a 1-1 draw at Keith, for whom Stewart Hutcheon had scored a spot kick at the end of the first half.

Inverurie Locos' indifferent season continued as they went down 5-2 at Brora Rangers.

The league's top scorer Andy Macrae netted twice for the Cattachs while Tony Dingwall, Max Ewan and Dale Gillespie (pen) embellished their success. Garry Wood got both Locos goals.

Formartine United will visit Huntly in the first round of the League Cup after their 2-0 win at Wick, Jonny Smith and Mark Gallagher getting the goals.
