GPH Highland League Cup draw gives Forres Mechanics tough trip to Banks O' Dee while Huntly and Inverurie Locos face off in preliminary tie

The draw for the opening rounds of the GPH Highland League Cup draw was made on Friday afternoon.

Huntly host Inverurie Locos in an A96 derby in the preliminary round on Saturday, August 12 with the winners at Rothes in round one.

Wick Academy are at home to Nairn County in the other prelim, the winners visiting Keith on August 26.

Lossiemouth have been handed a home first round draw against Strathspey Thistle while Forres Mechanics visit holders Banks O' Dee.
