ALTHOUGH they have signed up the majority of players for next season, Forres Mechanics are still awaiting a few signatures.

The future is still unclear for goalkeeper Euan Storrier, who is currently on loan at Huntly, and Joe Gauld, with the youngster currently considering university.

Ryan Farquhar has not yet signed a deal, but is expected to once he returns from an knee injury which has kept him sidelined since the start of the season.

Manager Charlie Rowley is hoping to add to the squad in the summer, and has been looking at five or six options – including Burghead Thistle defender Jared Kennedy, who played for Lossiemouth against Buckie Thistle on Saturday as a trialist.

He said: "We will be looking to bring in young, hungry players.

"Not necessarily players from the juniors, but younger ones leaving Inverness and Ross County too.

"I’m not saying Jared is the finished product but he is certainly worth looking at."
