A contingent of Forres Cycling Club members were down at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome on Sunday, November 25 for a three hour coaching session.

Along with other NOSCA club members they attended the event organised by Scottish Cycling regional development officer for Highlands and Moray, Sophie Warburton. World track cyclist Ivor Reid of Clachnacuddin CC was the north coach putting the riders through their paces and Mark Young, British Cycling Talent Development Coach was helping the youths get to grips with the banked circuit.

With Forres already having racers in the British and World track champs, the new velodrome will make training easier, hopefully producing more local talent.
