Mundole Equestrian hosts dressage event with Kinloss and Inverness riders among the main winners

Sunday saw a dressage competition bring the best out of riders from across the north and north-east.

Inverness' Andrea Mitchell led in the two Walk Trot classes with Katrine.

Fiona Wright from Kinloss also had a double win in a Prelim and a Novice section with Annie.

Junior Inverness rider Charlotte Redford had a very successful day with her young pony, Smart Teddy. She won Prelim 19, was second in Prelim 7 and scored in the high 60s to be second in Novice 34.

WT3: 1 Andrea Mitchell, Inverness (Katrine); 2 Claire Smith, Aviemore (Spirit of Speyside); 3 Jessica Davidson, Kinloss (Megland Royal Pretence).

WT4: 1 Andrea Mitchell (Katrine); 2 Blae Gillies, Hopeman (Robin) ;3 Claire Smith (Spirit of Speyside).

Prelim 7: 1 Fiona Wright, Kinloss (Annie); 2 Charlotte Redford, Inverness (Smart Teddy); 3 Anna Robertson, Buckie (Touch The Stars).

Prelim 19: 1 Charlotte Redford (Smart Teddy); 2 Vikki James, Aberlour (Doonard Fred); 3 Pauline Wickens, Birnie (Bugsy).

Novice 34: 1 Fiona Wright (Annie); 2 Charlotte Redford (Smart Teddy); 3 Kirsteen Macleod, Forres (Breagha)

Novice 37A: 1 Deborah Jones, Brodie (Tonto); 2 Joanne Philip, Alves (Maximum Force); 3 Kirsteen Macleod (Breagha).
