Youths allegedly caused £5000 of damage to Forres business

Two teenagers have been charged with malicious mischief after about £5000 of damage was caused to vehicles and property at a business in Forres,

The youths, who are aged 13 and 17, are alleged to have targeted AJ Engineering at Waterford Circle, on Sunday, November 7.

A report will be submitted to both the Youth Justice Management Unit and Procurator Fiscal.

PC Craig Magowan from Forres police station said: "I would like to thank the local residents for their assistance with our enquiries."
