BBC1 The One Show’s Wild Man – Mike Dilger will be opening the Moray Walking and Outdoor Festival with
a special evening event at Universal Hall on Thursday, June 13.
Mike will be taking to the stage to share highlights from over 100 different trips in and around Scotland, flming everything from bumblebees to basking sharks.
The broadcaster will show clips from some of the best wildlife films he’s made in the area, and he’ll reveal what goes on behind the scenes, spilling the beans on everything you ever wanted to know about his weird and wonderful job.
This event is run in partnership with Kendal Mountain Festival, which specialises in bringing adventure stories to life through flm and intrepid speakers.
