UPDATE: A96 reopens after recovery works prompt closure east of Inverness

The A96 was reopened after a two-vehicle crash prompted restrictions and a road closure for recovery works earlier this afternoon.
The road was closed in both directions east of Inverness after a road traffic incident reported at after 1pm.
It reopened at around 3.30pm with traffic slowly returning to normal.
