THE Universal Hall in Findhorn is staging an event this weekend named The Big Show Off.

The show – which takes place on Saturday, September 11, at 7.30pm – is the culmination of a project that has been running throughout lockdown and will showcase up and coming performers from Moray and beyond.

It promises to be a fun evening of music, spoken word, and comedy on stage – interspersed with video and photography projected onto the big screen at the Universal Hall.

Each performer has worked with a professional mentor to help fine tune their work, and the show will use all the technological skill that the Universal Hall team can provide.

Because the event is subsidised by Creative Scotland, the ticket prices are only £5 for an adult and £3 for under 16s. Tickets are available via the website: www.universalhall.co.uk.

There will be no social distancing but masks must still be worn throughout the concert unless exempt. Masks can only be removed when drinking water.
