A DUO who have become well-established in the traditional music world are set to visit Findhorn.

Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham will bring their music – and quick-witted humour – to the village's Universal Hall on Friday, August 25.

Phil, who plays accordion and Aly, a fiddle player, will play at the venue from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.

Both musicians have been recognised with doctorates and MBEs for services to music.

Phil is the musical director of the BBC's Hogmanay Live, while Aly has worked on several networked television series. They have toured together since 1988 and created six albums as a duo.

Admission is £18, or £16 for concessions, while under 16s will get in for £10.

Universal Hall is offering a free carer/companion ticket for any disabled or wheelchair-user audience members throughout shows this season. Please note that it is helpful if this is booked in advance via the WeGotTickets website.

Wheelchair access, or entry for people with a disability is available from the side entrance, by the Phoenix Café.
