"A musical experience unlike any other" is promised in Moray later this month.

For nearly 15 years the three members of The Langan Band – John Langan, Alastair Caplin and Dave Tunstall – have been carving out their own lawlessly virtuosic path.

The group rampage through the boundaries of conventional genre and cavort into the territories of wild abandon, offering a unique sound emerging from Celtic, Gypsy Swing, Roma and Flamenco.

Initially brought together by a deep respect for traditional songs and music, they now perform a mostly original repertoire.

The Langan Band, who have previously won the Danny Kyle Award at Glasgow’s Celtic Connections Festival, will be appearing at the Universal Hall in Findhorn.

Their show will run from 7.30pm-9.30pm on Saturday, September 16.

Tickets available in advance from the Phoenix Shop at the eco-village.
