Tenders sought for Moray Council building repair and maintenance contract

MORAY Council is seeking tenders for maintenance work to its housing stock.

Tenders are now being invited for the Moray Council Building Repair and Maintenance Framework.

It forms part of the local authority's four-year contract to provide planned and/or reactive maintenance works for council buildings and housing.

Published on Public Contract Scotland Tender, with a deadline of February 20, 2023, the contract is split into 26 lots for a variety of trades, including plumbers, electricians, and joiners.

Tenders are welcome from new and existing contractors.

Suppliers looking to tender for the Moray Council Building Repair and Maintenance Framework should register with Public Contracts Scotland and Public Contract Scotland Tender to get access to the tender documents.

All contractors have access to support from the Supplier Development Programme, which offers free tender training to micro, small and medium-sized businesses.
