The British Rowing Foundation are offering grants of £500 right up to £4000 to groups affiliated to British Rowing – although they do not have to have that organisation as their governing body – whose requirements may be too small or ineligible for an approach to larger grant makers.

The grants can cover up to 50 per cent of the total cost of the project for which funding is applied.

Funds are limited and statistically the foundation favours giving grants for equipment that will be used on the water and exclusively for juniors and the disabled of all ages.

Applications for the Monday, June 19 funding meeting close on Monday, May 22.
