Drivers are being asked to use St Catherine's Road, Orchard Road and South Street as an alternative route for Bridge Street and High Street.

Drivers are to utilise adjacent streets for Castlehill Road, Gordon Street, Caroline Street, Library Car Park, Leys Road and Batchen Street where no alternative route is available.

Prohibition of Waiting will also be in effect from 8am until 4pm at High Street and Bridge Street.

The march will set off at 2pm from the Thomson Memorial obelisk next to Forres Post Office.

It will end at Grant Park, with a pause around the Tolbooth to allow an opportunity for speeches, performances and singing.

The Earth March is being held ahead of the UN COP26 climate conference in Glasgow this coming November.
