The musical, featuring the group's talented seniors students aged between 13 and 17 from across Moray, proved to be something truly special. Grease is undeniably one of the world's most popular and enduring musical stories, and this youthful rendition captured the shows spirit perfectly.

Forres Town Hall had been decorated for the show, transporting the audience back to the 1950s. The decorations transformed the venue with balloons, records adorning the walls, and the nostalgic tunes of the era filling the air. This attention to detail, coupled with the Full Leather Jacket exhibition in the gallery, instantly set the mood and it truly felt like stepping into Rydell High.

The set design was equally impressive, making excellent use of various pieces to recreate the iconic scenes and settings of Grease.

However, what truly made the production shine was the remarkable talent displayed the young performers. From the ensemble tracks to the individual moments, each cast member had an opportunity to showcase their skills and talent.

The shows main pair Danny and Sandy (played by Luke Fletcher and Emmie Geddes) were both fantastic and Erin Grant's Rizzo received lots of praise after her rendition of There Are Worse Things I Could Do.

It is worth noting that the entire cast of 30 Moray teenagers, delivered outstanding performances. Their clear enthusiasm and commitment was contagious and had the audience cheering and tapping their feet throughout the performance.

Grease is running at the Forres Town Hall until Saturday June 24, tickets are available online here.
