NEW career avenues in Moray could beckon when a virtual jobs fair is held later this month.
The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) are set to hold the online event Tuesday, November 22 between 11am and 12 noon.
Following the usual format for the jobs fair, it will feature a 60-minute intensive period of vacancy and opportunity information aimed at DWP customers. The main aim is to post a tweet every minute during the period, sometimes even two.
In addition to highlighting the range of vacancies available within different sectors, the DWP are also including information and advice on what type of roles are available in the current Moray jobs market.
It is not necessary to have a Twitter account to access the online jobs fair, which is available at @JCPinNorthScot
DWP customers who do not have access to the internet but wish to take part in the virtual jobs fair should arrange this through their local Jobcentre.
