FROM classical crossover to Bon Jovi, there is a lot of music happening at the Tivoli Theatre in Aberdeen over this coming week.
Wednesday, April 19 will see a warm welcome for the UK's No.1 classical-crossover vocal quartet G4 when they take to the stage at 7.30pm.
Having exploded into the industry and the public’s hearts back in 2004 on the first series of The X-Factor, G4 continue to mesmerise audiences, year after year, with their unique style and unsurpassed trademark vocal harmonies. They have to be heard live to truly appreciate the power and passion of their voices.
G4 are thrilled to be back on the road in 2023 performing in many towns and cities never yet reached by the band.
Fans, new and old are enthralled as they cheer, laugh and cry their way through this masterfully programmed set list that includes classic hits such as Bohemian Rhapsody, Creep, My Way, Circle of Life and Nessun Dorma – all leaving audiences screaming for more, night after night.

Fans of Bon Jovi are in for a treat when top tribute band Just Jovi come to the Granit City on Friday.
They’ll take you back to the heyday of American rock with all the Jovi hits you’d expect, and some back catalogue gems, too. You can have a rocking night that precisely recreates the Bon Jovi sound, vibe and, most importantly, the feeling of being transported away by an iconic rock show.

The 28-piece Down for the Count Concert Orchestra and vocalists return to Tivoli Theatre on Saturday at 7.30pm as they play timeless classics from The Great American Songbook.
Composers such as George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Hoagy Carmichael and Irving Berlin transformed the art of popular song in the first half of the 20th Century, providing the material that would spring artists such as Frank Sinatra, Nat ‘King’ Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Judy Garland and many more to international stardom.
The music of these great artists and composers will be bought to life by Down for the Count’s Concert Orchestra, featuring some of the UK’s top emerging musicians and arrangers under the baton of musical director Mike Paul-Smith. The orchestra preserve and protect the musical heritage of these unforgettable songs, whilst also looking to the future by presenting original arrangements of classic standards written by members of the orchestra.

Veteran international recording artists Foster and Allen are bringing their tour to the Tivoli on Sunday, April 23 between 7.30pm and 10pm.
It has been three years since Mick Foster and Tony Allen have last toured UK.
The duo will, of course, be performing all their hits like Bunch Of Thyme, Old Flames, Maggie, After All These Years, We Owe It All To You, Mrs Brown’s Boys, as well as some of their new recordings.
