Two men appear in Inverness Sheriff Court after trio of Moray break-ins

TWO men have appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court in connection with a trio of break-ins in Moray.

The pair were arrested and charged with breaks-in at B&M on Springfield Retail Park in Elgin on June 2 and housebreakings in the Forres area on June 12 and June 16.

Paul Brady (25), from Elgin, made no plea to one charge of theft by housebreaking.

His 36-year-old Forres co-accused Gordon Jackson made no plea to two charges of theft by housebreaking, one of housebreaking with intent to steal and one of breach of bail.

They were both committed for further examination and released on bail.
