WELLBEING, technology and climate action are set to take centre stage at a conference for Moray community groups.

The annual Join the Dots event, run by tsiMoray, is set to come to Elgin Town Hall on Thursday, March 21 from 10am to 4pm and this year will be focussing on three priorities, entitled Building Belonging, Using AI and Technology for Good and Advancing Local Climate Action.

A team of guest speakers will aim to lead discussion on how third sector groups and communities in Moray can shape these issues.

Under Building Belonging, participants will look at how to bridge the disconnect some people feel with where they live and make places where diversity and equality thrives.

The potential and power of digital technology and AI comes under the spotlight in the second category along with how to use is for the maximum benefit of communities.

With Moray's Climate Action Network now officially launched, and with a large number of local projects under way thanks to Moray's Local Action Group and the Just Transition Participatory Budgeting Fund, Advancing Local Climate Action will be finding out what needs to happens next to accelerate local climate action.

In the afternoon keynote session, the theme of the future of fundraising will be explored, including how funders are viewing the future and how AI might feature.

During the day, there will be the opportunity to network and also connect with stallholders offering information and support.

Attending Join the Dots is free although booking is essential – visit https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/
