Moray Firth Coastal Partnership AGM to highlight 'Productive Seas' theme

THE theme of Productive Seas is set to take centre stage when Moray Forth Coastal Partnership (MFCP) hold their AGM on December 1.

Once again the meeting will be held online and will include guest speakers providing a diverse scope of knowledge on productive seas. Jennifer Mouat's talk will highlight the challenges facing fisheries, while valuing biodiversity will be the theme covered by Professor Tavis Potts. Elaine Jamieson will look at maximising the marine economy.

There will also be updates for MFCP members regarding projects and activities, finance reports and the 2022-23 trustee vote.

The full event is open to all members of the Moray Firth Coastal Partnership.

Any individuals not yet members of the partnership that wish to sign up are welcome to join the meeting on Facebook from 6.30pm-7.30pm onwards where they can listen to the guest speakers and find out how to become a 'friend of the firth'.
