A BUCKIE-based counselling service is on the lookout for a new volunteer to join their team.

CrossReach Counselling Moray, which operates from Burnside Court in the town, are keen to hear from people interested in joining the existing counselling team.

Growing demand for its services has prompted the moved to expand the team of volunteer counsellors.

CrossReach counselling volunteers work across a range of specialities and locations, including face-to-face, online and over the phone. They work in supportive, holistic teams that deliver counselling services to clients when they need it most, while consistently working to the highest professional and ethical standards.

As a volunteer counsellor with CrossReach, the successful applicant will be providing a professional counselling service to clients. The charity will provide them with the necessary training that allows them to practice within CrossReach guidelines.

The necessary training needed will also be provided on joining the team.
