Volunteers provide vital support to folk in our communities giving up their own time to help others and making a huge difference to their lives every day.
Moray & Banffshire Heroes recognises these amazing individuals with the volunteer of the year award.
The volunteer of the year will be an individual who has been beyond generous in volunteering their time and talents to help others as an unpaid activity.

Robertson is sponsoring the award for the volunteer of the year. Once all of your nominations are received, our judges will create a shortlist which will be revealed in a special supplement next year and you will be invited to vote for your winners. There is also a special award presented to the hero of heroes who is chosen by the judges from all of your category winners at the awards ceremony at The Banff Springs Hotel, April 25, 2024.
