Fundraisers fulfil a hugely important role in our communities donating their own personal time and effort to raise money to support others.

From organising and hosting events, to collecting donations these community stalwarts make a huge difference to the lives of those they help.

Moray & Banffshire Heroes 2024 recognises these dedicated individuals with the fundraiser of the year award.

The fundraiser award will be presented to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to fundraising outside of their working role.

NOMINATE at https://www.hnmedia.co.uk/morayheroes/ by February 4, 2024 in any of the categories.

Northern Asbestos Services is sponsoring the award for fundraiser of the year.

Managing director, Sean Donnelly, said: “Northern Asbestos Services is delighted to be sponsoring the fundraiser category for a second year. The Moray & Banffshire Heroes awards is a great way to reward the people of our community that deserve recognition. Sponsoring the fundraiser award holds profound significance for me as it represents an opportunity to recognise those who dedicate time and effort to fundraising. This award not only acknowledges their hard work but also serves as an inspiration for others to get involved.”
