Facing illness, disability and other life-changing challenges requires immense bravery from folk but when that individual is a child, courage takes on a whole new meaning.

Moray & Banffshire Heroes 2024 recognises and celebrates the remarkable youngsters in our communities with the brave child award.

The brave child of the year will be a youngster who has demonstrated exceptional courage, bravery or faced extreme adversity and battled against all odds to overcome challenges or shown sheer strength through a difficult time.
