A new monthly, local artisan, crafts and farmers market is starting near Findhorn.
The Findhorn Foundation-managed Ecovillage Market next to the village green in The Park will offer food and crafts from local producers and artisans every fourth Saturday - starting this weekend - from 10.30am-3.30pm until October.
Events and outreach officer, Irene Canalis, confirmed the market offers an opportunity to support local businesses.
She said: “We want to create a vibrant and lively market, showcasing the amazing produce and crafts that come from the Moray and Highland. We value organic, ethical, and natural production methods from local sources. All produce must be grown locally or home made.”
The Findhorn Foundation will provide stalls and all facilities, including parking for stall holders. Stall holders must hold their own documentation.
