THERE are just six houses left to buy in a new estate on the edge of town.
Tulloch Homes has released the homes for sale at the Woodroffe Grange development off the Grantown road.
Tulloch sales director, Jo McLaren, said this is the final opportunity for those wishing to purchase a new home there.
She added: “Woodroffe Grange has been an exceptionally well selling site since its launch at the end of 2021.”
With prices starting at £232,000, the last six homes available to buy include the three-bedroom Torrin, Calder and the Kinglass bungalows.
The Kinglass spans just over 1000sqft and offers flexible living across one floor. A separate living room has dual aspect windows to fill the space with natural light.
