Two renowned musicians are to treat an audience in Findhorn to a special performance.

Lulo Reinhardt and Yuliya Lonskaya’s upcoming show on Saturday, May 13 from 7.30-9.30pm at Universal Hall will showcase the talent of the world class guitarists.

Lulo is the grandnephew of a Romani-Belgian jazz guitarist and composer, Django Reinhardt, one of the first major jazz talents to emerge in Europe. Lulo has toured the UK and Ireland several times, including an appearance at Cork Jazz Festival and previously at Universal Hall. He has a repertoire of Romany swing, has been influenced by the music of North Africa and India, and now with Yuliya, moves towards classical music.

Yuliya started learning to play guitar at a young age, going on to gain a diploma at the Belarus Academy of Music. She has won several international guitar competitions in Poland, England, America, Serbia and Montenegro. And with an eclectic repertoire of folk, jazz, bossa nova, Baroque, Classical and Romantic music, Yuliya has performed in many European and American concert halls, playing solo concerts and appearing with orchestras.

Tickets for the hall’s events can be purchased at https://universalhall.co.uk/upcoming-events/ or in person at the Phoenix Shop, Findhorn.
