The fund aims to support third sector groups across the region, as well as in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City, which work to promote the north-east's transition to net zero.

A training day was held recently for all the partners from City, Shire and Moray at Borough Briggs, home of Elgin City Football Club.

Monday, June 26 is the date of the first meeting in Moray to help groups apply for funding.

There is also a £50,000 pot for a parallel process for young people.

Groups and organisations will be able to find out more about the fund, and how to apply, at the roadshows.
