Twelfth Day to play Universal Hall, Findhorn on Friday

A GENRE-bending musical duo are performing at Universal Hall on Friday evening.

Catriona Price and Esther Swift, AKA 'Twelfth Day', are two young Scottish virtuosos who offer a musically ground-breaking amalgam of chamber music, Scottish folk music, jazz-funk and electronica.

Latest album 'Face To Face' was nominated in the 'Innovation in New Traditional Music' category in the 2020 Scottish Awards for New Music.

Twelfth Day have folk roots plus classical training with a curiosity and experimentation that drives their unique sound.

Catriona and Esther will be joined on stage by bassist, Andrew Robb and drummer, Owen Williams for the concert at 8pm.

Tickets are priced at £14 full /£12 concessions /£10 U16’s and are available via www.universalhall.co.uk.

To encourage a return to the venue, there is a special offer of a two for one deal! Buy one ticket online and your name and online reference will admit two people at the door.

The venue will collect Track & Trace information for the second person at the box office on the night if they are from a different household. There will be no social distancing in upcoming concerts at Universal Hall but masks must be worn throughout concerts unless you are exempt.
