TIPS on how to manage forthcoming changes to employment are set to be on offer at a forthcoming workshop session in Moray.

This year will witness a significant number of changes to UK employment law.

In order to help steer third sector employers through the ins and outs of the new legislation, tsiMoray have organised this session with solicitor and employment law expert Adelle Morris.

She will provide an overview of these changes, when they will come into force and provide some practical tips for third sector employers to ensure compliance.

Some of the changes that will be discussed include: Flexible working regime; Calculation of holiday pay for irregular hour and part-year workers; Holiday carry over; Sexual harassment.

The sessions is due to take place on Thursday May 9 from 10am to 11.30am in the Lounge Room at Elgin Town Hall. To book a place at the event, visit https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/
