DWP Moray online jobs fair set for April

MORAY jobseekers will have a chance to explore new career options at an online event next month.

The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) are set to hold an online jobs fair on Twitter on Tuesday, April 26 between 11am and 12 noon.

It will take the form of a 60-minute intensive period of vacancy and opportunity information targeted at DWP customers. The main aim is to post a tweet every minute during the period, sometimes even two.

For this event, the DWP have a range of vacancies available within different sectors, also including information and advice on what type of roles are available

For DWP customers who already have a twitter handle, please tag @JCPinNorthScot and also use the hashtag #JobsInMoray

Customers do not need to be registered on Twitter to participate in the jobs fair, they can browse the vacancies by searching @JCPInNorthScot

Any DWP customer who cannot access the online jobsfair due to a lack of IT equipment or smartphone should contact the DWP prior to the event at jcpmoray.employerandpartnershipteam@dwp.gov.uk

Laptops available for use at Moray Pathways Hub and a space can be booked there via the DWP. There will also be staff on hand to help you use Twitter and apply for vacancies.
