Driver caught doing 51mph outside Moray primary

A motorist is being reported to the Procurator Fiscal for speeding outside Kinloss Primary School earlier today.
A Police Spokesperson said: "Officers from the Roads Policing Unit have been conducting speed checks in Kinloss this morning.
"One vehicle was detected at 51mph in a 30mph zone outside of the primary school.
"The driver is to be reported to the Procurator Fiscal."
