Clash over development of the 'Magic Triangle'

VIEWS are being sought on the final phase in a development known as the Magic Triangle, at Findhorn.

An early notification of Duneland Ltd's plans for a major scheme at North Whins – which lies to the north of the Findhorn Foundation's East Whins neighbourhood – has gone before Moray Council's planning committee.

Some fears were expressed there over the environmental impact of continued development in the Duneland area. Members also heard there has been discord within the Findhorn Foundation community over the proposal. A public drop-in will take place at Findhorn Village Centre on Friday from 4-7pm, to gather views.
