Moray Children's Forum is set to meet later in April.

MORAY groups who work to benefit young people are being invited to attend the latest Children’s Forum meeting.

The Children and Young People’s Third Sector Forum is an open forum that connects charities, voluntary organisations, community groups and social enterprises that provide services to children, young people and families in the region.
The aim is to ensure the third sector is recognised as an equal and essential partner in building a better future for our children and young people in Moray.
Participation in forum meetings offers the opportunity to stay connected and encourages ongoing reflection and learning while addressing local issues.
It also supports the co-ordination of services to help strengthen local community capacity and amplifies voices that drive actions to connect more young people, children and their families to resources and supports.
The forum furthermore seeks to strengthen liaison between sectors; sharing information, experience, learning, knowledge and resources across boundaries. The meeting is due to take place on Tuesday, April 23 at Elgin Youth Café, Francis Place, Elgin, IV30 1LQ from 10am.
