THERE is a distinguished gentleman seeking the purr-fect retirement home in our latest Pet of the Week.

Can you help Bob find his forever home?
Can you help Bob find his forever home?

Bob the cat is currently in the care of the Scottish SPCA Aberdeenshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre,.

He is one of a kind and a favourite of all who meet him. This chap knows his name well and will happily come strolling up when called, or jogging if he thinks there’s food! He loves to chat with his own unique meows and will always answer back!

Bob has been on a weight loss journey and is now at his ideal weight. He has a sensitive stomach and although he would happily eat any food he will need to remain on specific biscuits to keep him in good health. Sadly for him this means no titbits!

He has previously had access to the outdoors so once settled he would like to have this option again. Bob would prefer to live in quite a rural setting. This would allow him to explore outside without the added risk of him finding another cat’s food!

He would also be best suited to an adult only household with no other pets.

If you can give Bob a loving home, please apply via the Scottish SPCA website https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/5690-bob
