Police attending scene of accident on Grantown Road, Forres involving two cars

The emergency services are attending a road traffic accident on a busy road in Forres.

Police are attending the incident near Woodroffe Grange on Grantown Road, which is believed to have involved two cars

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called following a two-car crash which happened on Grantown Road in Forres at around 3.45pm on Thursday, 4 May, 2023 and remain at the scene.”

A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson added: “We received a call at 3.54pm to attend a two-car road traffic collision.

"An ambulance was dispatched but no patients were transported to hospital.”

The road is open to traffic.
