119 new cases of coronavirus in Moray within last week, with four deaths confirmed

A TOTAL of 119 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Moray within the last seven days, taking the area's total since the outbreak began to 909.
Sadly, there have been four coronavirus-related deaths across the area, taking the total to 27.
Three of these were confirmed at the end of last week, with one this week. All four residents tested positive for Covid-19 and died within 28 days.
The 119 confirmed cases is two more than the 117 confirmed in last Wednesday's update.
Since January 19, 575 people have tested negative for the virus in Moray.
NHS Grampian – which includes Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City – has now confirmed 12,167 cases of coronavirus since the outbreak began. That's an increase of 893 on the 11,274 reported last week.
Moray neighbourhood update
Thirteen 'neighbourhood areas' in Moray have at least three confirmed cases of Covid-19, according to the latest update provided by the Scottish Government.
Buckie remains the worst affected part of Moray, with 24 cases (15 Buckie West and Mains of Buckie, nine Buckie Central East), while there are at least 19 cases in Elgin (nine Elgin Cathedral to Ashgrove and Pinefield, six New Elgin West and four New Elgin East).
There are 12 cases in Keith and Fife Keith and 11 in Rural Keith and Strathisla.
A number of other 'neighbourhood areas' have confirmed cases. These are: Cullen, Portknockie, Findochty, Drybridge and Berryhillock (nine); Lhanbryde, Urquhart, Pitgavney and seaward (six); South Speyside and the Cabrach (six); Fochabers, Aultmore, Clochan and Ordiquish (five); North Speyside (five); Heldon West, Fogwatt to Inchberry (four); Lossiemouth East and Seatown (three) and Mosstodloch, Portgordon and seaward (three).

Scotland-wide update
Today's daily update shows 1330 people in Scotland have tested positive for coronavirus overnight, with 92 deaths of people who tested positive for the virus confirmed.
During the week ending January 27, 38,049 people were newly-tested with 8,749 testing positive for the first time.
Since the outbreak began, 1,546,770 people in Scotland have been tested at least once, with 175,332 positive and 1,371,438 confirmed negative.
During the week ending January 24, 448 deaths were registered where Covid-19 was mentioned on the death certificate.
Since the outbreak began, 7902 people across Scotland have died. A total of 5888 people have died after testing positive for Covid-19.
A total of 145 people are in intensive care in relation to Covid-19, with 2016 patients in hospital.
In total, 11,281 patients who have tested positive for Covid-19 have been released from hospital since March 5.
