SUTHERLAND Wilson Alexander, for many years mathematics fellow of New College, Oxford, died peacefully at his home in Cumbria on Monday, 7th October, 2019, aged 84, after a long illness. Loving and much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother of Jean. Funeral in Cumbria; a celebration of his life will be held in New College later.
