McDONALD It is with great sadness that the family of Alistair 'Stewart' McDonald announces his passing. Stewart passed away at the age of 74, on Friday, 2nd September, 2022, at his home in Findhorn, Moray. Born in Aberdeen, in 1948, the son of Alistair and Maureen McDonald, Stewart will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Eleanor, his two sons Gary and Bruce and his four grandchildren, Loren, Elice, Phoebe and Xander. Stewart was a lifelong golf fanatic, and his wit will be missed both on the course and in the clubhouse bar. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, 19th September, at 12.00 noon, in St. Sylvester's Church Elgin, followed by a short cremation service at 1.30pm in the Moray Crematorium, Buckie and the Wake will be held in the Crown and Anchor, Findhorn. All are welcome to attend. In place of flowers the family have asked for donations to the British Heart Foundation, if you wish to do so, at the service.
