SUTHERLAND Moira and Sharon would like to thank family, friends and neighbours both home and abroad for the numerous cards, flowers and phone calls received on the passing of our devoted husband and dad Gordon. Special thanks to Abbie for his lifelong friendship and support to Gordon, your visits and chats meant a lot to him. Thank you to Rev Bill Buchan for his most comforting service. Thank you to the members of Lodge St John 37 and Lodge St Lawrence 144 for forming a guard of honour for Gordon, our lovely piper Emma Lawrence for her melody of tunes outside the war veterans was much appreciated and enjoyed. To our daughter Sharon for her tribute to her dad Gordon - The Perfect Man, he would be so proud of you as he always was, and many tears were shed. Thank you to everyone who attended Elgin Cemetery to pay their respects, finally, a heartfelt thank you to Andrew Smith and staff, your professionalism is second to none and your help and support to myself and Sharon was outstanding, we cannot thank you enough. To Gordon, thank you for the many years of love and devotion. The sum of £350 was raised for the Highland Hospice, Inverness.
