Allen, currently on loan at Buckie from the Borough Briggs club, rose to head home his seventh goal of the season on 85 minutes and rescue a point for his team.
It was the sixth goal of the Elgin-based player’s loan stint at Victoria Park and helped extend their unbeaten league run to seven matches.
Forres have five games left to play this season, the first being a trip to new league leaders Brechin City on Saturday.

Mechanics produced the best result of their campaign in beating Brechin 3-2 at Mosset Park in October, Aiden Cruickshank crashing in a stoppage time winner.
Steven MacDonald’s side finish with a home game against Clachnacuddin, a midweek visit to Lossiemouth then two more Mosset Park matches versus Keith and Banks o’ Dee.
Buckie could still finish in the top six if they maintain their good run of form over their remaining four matches.
They have two home games this week against Deveronvale on Wednesday and Formartine United on Saturday.
A visit to Lossiemouth completes the month and Jags’ final game of their campaign is another home one against Keith on April 12.
