FORRES Gymnastics Club (FGC) won team tracksuits in a recent competition run by Arnold Clark.

Head coach Patsy Fraser-Mackenzie was pleasantly surprised and grateful to hear that the club's entry had been selected.

She said: "We are delighted with the kit – the gymnasts look smart and stylish and the girls are happy as the tracksuits are warm and comfortable."

The team are looking forward to showing off the kit at the North District Championship in March.

FGC is privately run at Forres Academy twice a week by Ms Fraser-Mackenzie who started coaching 32 years ago.

Trials are run two or three times a year for prospective members aged six or under who are good listeners interested in developing their bodies.
