Forres Mechanics match postponed due to death of Rothes secretary Garry Davies

FORRES Mechanics' North of Scotland Cup tie with Rothes has been postponed after the "sudden death" of The Speysiders' secretary Garry Davies.

Mechanics were due to host Rothes at Mosset Park in the first round of the cup tonight.

Forres have sent their condolences to all involved with Rothes, as well as Garry's family.

Mechanics will be back in action on Saturday when they travel to Formartine United.
